We want to assure our guests that we take your health, and our own, incredibly seriously. We continue to monitor updates regarding Covid-19 from the appropriate Government websites, the World Health Organisation and our Industry Partners. We constantly strive to adopt best business practices. Our business owners have completed an Australian Government Department of Health eLearning course in Infection Control Training – Covid19. We also stay abreast of best industry practices via regular Victorian Accommodation Operator Briefings and other industry news forums.
Our housekeeping team have undergone comprehensive training on Covid Safe practices. You will see a number of changes across our property – both in our rooms and in our Reception area. Our cleaning functions are at a heightened level to keep us, and you, as safe as we possibly can and all “high touch” areas are thoroughly sanitised regularly.
Unfortunately, some things have had to change:
Regretfully, we will be suspending all breakfast service as a further meausure to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff. We will keep you updated as to when this service will resume.
Our swimming pool has been closed until further notice.
Our housekeeping service has been limited for multi-night stays. We want to ensure the health and wellbeing of our guests and our staff at all times, and limiting contact is the best way to do this.
We will limit the number of guests permitted to stay on the premises at any one time to ensure social distancing of guests to the best of our ability.

We welcome guests availing themselves of our zero-contact check-in option. This should be arranged prior to arrival at the motel by calling us directly on 03 - 5461 1744.
